Shipping & Returns
Shipping
We aim to process all orders 2 hours of receiving your order (excluding weekends and Bank Holidays) . You will receive a confirmation email and another notification when your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates and Estimates
We only ship to the UK and Europe and we use Evri or Royal Mail for all deliveries. The standard service is 2-3 working days.
We can offer a next day service. Please please email hello@hookedgame.co.uk before ordering.
Christmas - the final shipping date for pre-Christmas delivery is 18.12.23. All orders placed after this cannot be guaranteed to be delivered in time for Christmas.
Shipping outside the UK & Europe
If you wish to ship internationally (outside the UK and Europe) please email hello@hookedgame.co.uk.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, we will send you an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow a few hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 5 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at hello@hookedgame.co.uk with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Returns
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it; unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need to send a copy of your email confirmation.
To return and item, please email us at hello@hookedgame.co.uk. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. We can then evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items) cannot be returned or exchanged. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Sorry, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The best way to exchange an item is to return the item you have, and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
